The women’s basketball team achieved its fifth straight win by taking down their conference opponent the University of Mobile on Saturday, Jan. 31.

The team was led by sophomore Meghan Temple, who recorded her fifth double-double of the season with 24 points and 10 rebounds.

Senior Megan Whittaker also added a career-high of 20 points with six three-pointers, and Janeicia Neely chipped in 12 points for the win.

The team’s record has improved to 19-1, and they will face Blue Mountain College in the Den on Feb. 12.
