The women’s basketball team earned their 20th win of the season against their conference opponent Belhaven with a score of 78-70 on Thursday, Feb. 5.

Senior Janeicia Neely led the team on offense with 19 points and six assists, while sophomore Meghan Temple tallied her sixth double-double of the year with 17 points and 12 rebounds. Senior Megan Whittaker added 11 points and junior Briana Oglesby chipped in 10 points for the win.

The women’s team is now 20-1 and 11-1 in conference play. They will host Blue Mountain College in the Den on Thursday, Feb. 12.
