Dirty Linen Night to showcase art on Royal
August 3, 2015
On August 8th, the weekend following White Linen Night, the French Quarter will explode again with local arts and crafts for Dirty Linen Night.
An anticipated 40 to 50 galleries will take part in the parody festival that encourages attendees to re-wear their white linen from the previous weekend to support and purchase from New Orleans artists. Shop keepers often provide a few appropriately titled food choices such as dirty rice and dirty martini’s. Musical performances will also add to the fun, which usually begins on Royal Street at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public.
