The Rev. James L. Heft, S.M., came to Loyola on Jan. 16 to deliver a lecture titled “The Church, Bishops and Theologians: A Dynamic Tension.”
The talk focused on the past and present tensions between the three vital sources of life for the Church.
Heft was invited as a special guest speaker for Loyola’s Presidential Centennial Guest Series.
