The Loyola University Community Action Program sent students to the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation in Fort Benning, Ga. on Nov. 24 to protest what they describe as the violence committed by many of its graduates. Graduates of the school are accused of carrying out acts of violence like the 1989 murders in El Salvador of six Jesuit priests, their cook and her daughter, for whom the Peace Quad was named.
