Lester Duhé, Maroon Minute Executive Producer
Lester Duhé is excited for his new role as Maroon Minute Executive Producer for the 2016 Fall semester. He has previously served as Managing Editor of Electronic Properties, Social Media Coordinator and Staff Writer for The Maroon. Duhé is a senior Mass Communication major with a sequence in journalism, and is a Marketing minor. He currently works at WWL-TV as a Desk Assistant and hopes to become a great reporter in the future. Lester is very passionate about the field of journalism as well as all forms of social media. Duhé is looking forward to transforming the Maroon Minute into a more professional and polished newscast. He will make sure that the two segments, Wolfpack Wrap Up and Loyola Lagniappe are running on a regular schedule in the Fall. Duhé is also planning to create an entertainment segment under the Maroon Minute, and is experimenting on the various ways he can incorporate video into the various newscasts for The Maroon. In his free time, Duhé enjoys hanging out with his friends, going out to eat at various restaurants around the city, playing rugby and exploring all that New Orleans has to offer.
