The men’s golf team made history at the 2016 Southern States Athletic Conference Championship as they finished in sixth place.

The Wolf Pack’s round score of 299 on April 17 marked the first time in program history that the team recorded a sub-300 total.

They paired a round total of 299 with 301 and 309 to finish the tournament with a team score of 909 (+69) to claim sixth in the ten-team field.
