After qualifying for the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Championship for the first time ever, the baseball team was rewarded with 17 members being recognized at the SSAC Baseball Awards Banquet in Montgomery, Alabama.

Loyola’s academic prowess was put on full display as a conference-best 14 players were named to the SSAC All-Academic team.

The 2016 SSAC All-Academic Team Honorees included: Joel Buhler, Lance Licciardi, Jordan Platt, Daniel Posway, Thomas Caleb Bohan, Jordan Green, Nick Moore, John Samuel Dailey, Mick Dubic, Rawlings Elam, Spencer Rosenbohm, Jason Roussel, Blake Toscano and Jordan Wilson.
