King of Barkus, a chihuahua named Dirk, paraded with his krewe through the French Quarter on Sunday, Feb. 24. The rain did not stop parade-goers from celebrating The Mystic Krewe of Barkus, with the theme “Dogzilla – Barkus Licks the Crescent City.”
