Muslim Student Association hosts Eid event

The Loyola community celebrated Eid in the Peace Quad with halal sweets, snacks, drinks, and henna tattoos, provided by the Muslim Students’ Association.

“As we congregate on this blessed day, we cannot forget our people that are struggling around the world, especially Gaza,” MSA president Tala Essa stated on their Instagram page. “Charity is an important aspect of Eid, so we cannot forget to give it to those who are trying to celebrate amidst violence.”
