Twelfth Night in New Orleans marks the kick off of Carnival season on Jan. 6. The Phunny Phorty Phellows krewe boarded the streetcar at Carrollton Station on Willow Street at 6:30 p.m., while spectators danced, sang and celebrated with this masked krewe.
