Loyola University New Orleans’ student Government Association made its fall 2013 constitution publicly accessible on the morning of Monday, Sept. 23, through its OrgSync portal.
Jasmine Barnes, president of the organization and mass communication senior, said SGA did not plan to start the school year without a constitution.
However, the release of the constitution was delayed while waiting on approval from Cissy Petty, vice president and associate provost, Barnes said.
