The spring allocations process is complete following appeals last night.
Of the total budget, the highest percentage was allocated to academic and professional organizations, with Greek Life receiving the next largest amount.
This year the Student Government Association had one of its largest budgets ever, which accounts for requests receiving a high amount of funding.
Also, the speaker fees for Loup Garou and the Father Carter Lecture Series are now being combined.
Instead of two programs a year, one per semester, there will be a single annual program.
This means that Loup Garou and the Father Carter series will alternate years, but there will be more funding per year for a bigger and better program.
* SGA is working to improve copy machine conditions in the library by regularly switching card machines. This will lead to fewer swipe card misreads in the future.
* Constituent Day is Tuesday in the Peace Quad. SGA representatives will be there to answer questions and will be offering free king cake.
