On Saturday, Feb. 14, a death was reported in Buddig Hall on Loyola University’s campus at 7:54 p.m.
New Orleans Emergency Medical Services came to campus, but the body was unresponsive to resuscitation.
The deceased was not a Loyola student, but a student’s boyfriend.
The Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office reported it as an accidental death and the coroner is looking into the cause of death.
