Loyola student journalists won top awards in multiple categories from the Society of Professional Journalists regional chapter covering Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. The awards ceremony took place on April 6 at the University of Mississippi in Oxford. The awards recognize students’ work in The Maroon newspaper and Wolf Magazine. Students took home first place wins that will represent Loyola in the national competition in Anaheim, Calif., as well as many second and third place awards.
