The Loyola University Community Action Program has named its new nine-person executive board for the 2014-2015 school year.
Agustin Crespo, criminal justice junior, and Katherine O’Dowd, economics junior, will head the organization as LUCAP chairperson and associate chairperson, respectively.
All LUCAP executive board members are chosen by the current executive board and the LUCAP adviser by an application process.
“I am nervous and at the same time confident that I will help LUCAP become stronger in its efforts to bring the Loyola and New Orleans community service and awareness in diverse social issues,” Crespo said. “Finally, I am excited to meet the new executive board and project leaders to start working together.”
