The Office of Black Catholic Ministries, the Family Life Apostolate, the Institute for Black Catholic Studies and Xavier University campus ministry are partnering to put on a free and open to the public event the 7th annual 2013 Gospel Music Festival. The festival will take place Saturday, Sept. 14, from 6 p.m. until9 p.m. at the Xavier University St. Katharine Drexel Chapel Auditorium.
Scheduled performances include the Archdiocese of New Orleans Gospel Choir, St. Joan of Arc Gospel Choir, Golden Voices Community Choir and The Young Voices of Praise.
