Brief: Tomeny named Athlete of the Week

Finance junior McCall Tomeny of Loyola men’s basketball team was named Student Athlete of the Week for the third time this season. Tomeny, who plays forward for the Wolf Pack, scored his 1,000th point of the season when he shot his three-pointer in the game they won last Thursday against Blue Mountain College. He averaged 18.5 points and 12 rebounds this week.
