Loyola University students in the digital filmmaking program visited the Bywater set of Sylvester Stallone’s new film, “Homefront,” on Nov. 14, gaining a new perspective on the film industry mid-production. Theo Van Sande, director of photography for the film, hosted the students, giving them a valuable learning experience by letting them witness the workings of a major motion picture. The movie, written and produced by Stallone, is based on a crime drama series by author Chuck Logan.
