Loyola 2014-15 women’s basketball team, coaches and staff gathered after Saturday’s victory to collect their rings commemorating their success. The Wolfpack made it to the SSAC national tournament.

On Saturday, Jan 2, 2016, Loyola University New Orleans honored the success of their 2014-15 women’s basketball team. Last year, the women finished the year 27-4 overall and 15-3 in conference play, making it to the Southern States Athletic Conference tournament. The women finished in the top of many statistical categories. As a team, they finished first in field goal percentage defense (33.9%), third in field goal percentage (36.8%),  fifth in three point shots made per game (8) and sixth in field goal percentage (44.6%) amongst others. Individually, Briana Oglesby was finished first in three point field goal percentage, making 48.5% of her attempts, Janeicia Neely finished ninth in points scored with 593 and 10th in points per game with 19.129.
