Brett Simpson, director of intercollegiate athletics, announced on April 28 that Nick Dodson was named head coach for the Wolf Pack men’s and women’s cross country/track and field programs.

Dodson comes to Loyola after serving as the Director of Track and Field/Cross Country at Brewton-Parker College where he led all aspects of the program.

Under Dodson’s direction, the Barons featured five SSAC All-Conference selections in 2016. Additionally, Dodson managed the strength and conditioning program at Brewton-Parker for each of the Baron’s 15 varsity sports.

“I am honored and excited to become a member of the Wolf Pack family and I am excited to get started and build relationships with a great staff,” Dodson said in a press release.
