Undergraduates participating in this year’s commencement ceremony will be able to pick up their regalia starting Tuesday, May 9.

The Claiborne room, located in the first floor of the Danna Center, will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day between May 9 and May 11 for undergraduates.

For law students, regalia will be available for pick up starting Monday, May 8 in the College of Law, room 306.

From May 8 to May 10, regalia may be picked up from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., and from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m on May 11.

Regalia not picked up by 2 p.m. on Friday, May 12 will be shipped to the Superdome, where students can pick it up in the student’s robing room inside the Superdome beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Rental regalia for faculty and staff may be picked up in the bookstore the afternoon of Tuesday, May 9 through 4 p.m. on Friday, May 12. College of Law faculty and staff rental regalia will be available for pick up in the College of Law, room 306.
