Office of Student Records renamed the Office of the Registrar

The office that was previously recognized as the Office of Student Records will now be named Loyola’s Office of the Registrar beginning Oct. 1, 2022. In an email to students, Provost Tanuja Singh said Kathy Gros has been named University Registrar to lead the office. Gros previously was the Director of Student Records.

“Kathy is truly a Loyola institution. She has served our students, faculty and staff for almost 50 years,” Singh said in the email.

The Office of the Registrar will still attend to student records, graduation, services to military students, classroom assignment, and academic calendars for students.
