Heating system fix unsuccessful

According to an email from Kyle Gregore, facilities director, the emergency repair to a key component of the heating system was unsuccessful.

Upon completion of the repair and subsequent start-up a follow on failure was diagnosed by the emergency repair team, he said in the email.

The issue was unable to be fixed today, as previously stated.

Gregore said the emergency team will be back on site Tuesday morning.

This issue affects the heating component of our HVAC system, as well as hot water for the campus.

Gregore apologized for the inconvenience and thanks the Loyola community for their patience.
