Loyola’s College of Law is offering a course that will examine courtroom testimony and objections through a series of video vignettes.
The vignettes will focus on the complex way in which evidence is presented in both federal and state court.
Each video vignette will be analyzed and discussed by a panel of experts.
Participants in the course will be given a written transcript. The class is suggested for practitioners looking to expand their understanding of how evidence is used in court.
The class will be held Oct. 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The course is worth 6.50 CLE credit hours and one hour of professionalism credit.
