The Maroon launched its new Web site Nov. 5, planned out by its staff and designed by Boston-based college Web site publisher College Media Network.
Loyola’s student-published magazine, The Wolf, also launched its first Web site, http://www.TheWolfMag.com.
The editors of The Maroon focused mainly on layout and design adjustments that would make the site easier to navigate. They hope the new separated sections, top stories, a story spotlight and larger text will make the site more navigable.
The site is also more photo-heavy than it was before. There is more space to pair photos with headlines, and readers can find a 47-photo slideshow of Voodoo Fest on the front page.
