NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Terri Clemens wore a Drew Brees jersey, a New Orleans Saints hat, and a black and gold jacket as she rushed to lunch.
Like thousands of other Saints fans on Friday, Clemens was decked out in team gear to show her support of the home team heading into Saturday’s playoff game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Clemens says everyone in her office was similarly dressed. Her car, she said, was decorated with Saints flags, and her house sported a “Who Dat Nation” sign in the front yard.
New Orleans — where long suffering fans had to wait two decades for the first winning season — is gripped with Saints fever as they prepared for the playoff game.
