University Counseling Center to host second anxiety group session

The University Counseling Center will host its second anxiety group session of the semester on Tuesday, Feb. 2 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

The session will be held in the Student Success Center in Marquette 112.

Alicia Bourque, director of the University Counseling Center, will lead the session, which will cover the topic of “rewiring your anxious brain.”
