| The New Orleans public library is seeking local artists to partner with them for their Summer Fun and reading challenge.
“The selected artist’s original work will be featured across the city and online, including on our limited‑edition 2026 tote bag and promotional materials,” according to the library. The library noted that artwork should “reflect the uniqueness and diversity of New Orleans” through color, as well as tie in elements of reading. Artists must be 18+, live in Southeastern Louisiana, and submit 3 samples of their work. The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 2, at midnight. More criteria is available on the New Orleans Public library website. |
