I think a picture says a thousand words, or should I say a thousand red cups…
This image was taken at 4 p.m. the following afternoon of the infamous fraternity party called “Red Tide” held on Freret Street on Sept. 19.
I heard Loyola students discussing attending this big party and how they should avoid the punch at all costs. Nice. These are Loyola students.
We can’t point our fingers over to Tulane and blame those students and claim “not in our backyard!”
These students littered our neighborhood with trash.
And these are the students representing Loyola and interacting with the community.
If there is a message being sent, it is a pretty obvious one – Loyola doesn’t give a hoot about community and how it plays a major role in this city.
Just who is going to pick up all the trash after this event?
They sold wristbands to the event and probably made quite a profit for their next kegger.
Nice, very responsible and great ‘Pack spirit!
