Loup Garou, Loyola’s yearly concert series, is set to take place at the House of Blues April 15 at 8 p.m. and will provide free transportation for students.
The event will host the bands Better Than Ezra, Baby Bash, DJ Chachi and A-FREE-KA, Loyola’s Battle of the Bands winner.
According to Student Government Association vice president and English junior Maria Rossi, the majority of the planning committee was music majors.
“The committee is really confident that the groups that we’ve chosen are all quality performers and will bring a diverse selection of music styles to the concert,” Rossi said.
“We chose an assortment of artists with different styles that would appeal to a wider range of students,” Rossi said.
Free buses will leave Mercy parking lot at 7:30 pm and run to and from the venue all night until just after the concert ends at midnight. Tickets cost $5 for freshmen, sophomores and juniors; graduating seniors have free admission.
