Brief: Law school event lets its audience act as jurors

On Friday Nov. 8, the College of Law will host former federal prosecutor, Mark Osler and Chicago-based public defender Jeanne Bishop, to present a modern interpretation of Jesus Christ’s trial and sentencing.

The audience will become the jury, and discuss the current use of capital punishment in the U.S.

The event is sponsored by the Jesuit Social Research Institute and the Office of Mission and Ministry.
