The A.P. Tureaud Black Law Student Association Chapter Mock Trial Team competes for the national title in March at the National BLSA Competition in Washington this March.
They won first place at the Southern Region Black Law Students Association Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition in Birmingham, Ala., placing ahead of Vanderbilt University, Florida State University, University of Alabama, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and Florida Coastal School of Law.
The team is made up of four law students: Thaddeus Johnson, Shari Graham, Germani Hardeman and Bonycle Thornton.
