Sources within the Student Government Association have confirmed reports that Elliot Sanchez, political science senior, has been disqualified in the run-off election for SGA president.
Andre Breaux, mass communication junior, has been declared the winner.
Sanchez led Breaux by approximately 100 votes, but lost the election because of a disqualification due to mounting campaign violations.
