Juan’s Flying Burrito is the perfect place when you’re craving Mexican and don’t want to break the bank. “It’s not authentic, but it’s cheap and delicious every time,” said Kevin Zansler, mass communication junior. A basic burrito is only $4.95, but at Juan’s you will always get more than what you pay for; their burritos are large enough to leave you full for days. “Every time I go they come out with something really unusual and tasty,” said Zansler. “The red fish tacos are a completely new spin on fish tacos because they don’t roll it up, it’s a flat soft taco that you fold it, and the red fish is perfectly fried,” Zansler said. Aside from the delicious, affordable food, they also have a full bar where you can enjoy a strong house margarita for just $4.75. You can eat comfortably inside or enjoy your meal in peace outside at a picnic table. Their smooth atmosphere and multiple locations makes it an easy commute; with so many pluses it’s hard to avoid Loyola’s “Favorite Mexican Restaurant,” especially when it also won for Loyola’s “Favorite Cheap Eats.”
