This spring’s Awakening Retreat will be the last to be held at Camp Whispering Pines, the retreat’s traditional site.
The retreat will be held, beginning in the fall semester, at a site at Fountainbleu State Park.
The Fountainbleu site has previously served as an alternate location, including the rain location of fall 2013’s retreat, which was postponed due to Tropical Storm Karen.
Awakening, a student-run retreat held every semester and sponsored by university ministry, is scheduled for March 14 to 16.
