On Nov. 27, provost and president of academic affairs Marc Manganaro announced that a summit is underway to review Loyola’s efforts to maintain retention. According to Manganaro, 20 invitations have been sent out to members of offices across the university that work to promote student success. The summit will be held at the end of the semester. Manganaro said that those in attendance will review university data and work to “get the ball rolling” in creating a steering committee focused on retention.
