Loyola students will now have the opportunity to work for and with professional journalists. The Lens, a nonprofit online news organization, is New Orleans’ first nonprofit nonpartisan public interest newsroom. Their focus is in-depth investigative reporting on government, environment, schools, land use and criminal justice. The professional newsroom is located in the fourth floor of the Communications/Music Complex. Students have the opportunity to intern with The Lens to get professional experience.
