The New Orleans Fire Department is investigating possible acts of arson. On Sunday, April 3, three porches and one house caught on fire.
The incidents were reported at 6:42 a.m. and cited 2000 block of Broadway St. as the location.
Houses on that block were also affected. The residents took control of the situation and contained the fire themselves.
Some houses reported minor damages.
