College of Law Dean Maria Pabon Lopez and Gita Bolt of the university’s General Counsel were both named as two of Louisiana’s most powerful and influential women of 2011.
Lopez and Bolt received the Most Powerful and Influential Women Award at the third annual Louisiana Women’s Conference on Sept. 23.
Lopez and Bolt were recognized for their leadership, involvement in the community and demonstrating high ethical standards in their profession among others.
