Patrick Testa, economics senior, was chosen as a finalist for the Carl Menger Essay Contest for undergraduate students. This contest recognizes “scholarship in classic liberal political economy,” said the Freeman website. The prize is $500 and a travel stipend with a three-night stay in Tampa.
