A couple of professional foosball associations do exist, VIFA being one that I can think of off the top of my head. If you “Google” foosball, you should find a lot of leads. The “Nationals” tournament will be held in Chicago this year, at the Sheraton Hotel in Arlington Heights, IL, along about mid-June to July.
