Gabrielle Korein is a Mass Communication senior who is passionate about writing, photography, and videography. Gabrielle has spent over 7 years as a freelance photographer. This experience has enabled them to excel as Photo Editor for The Maroon. In addition to their responsibilities at The Maroon, Gabrielle also owns and operates their own freelance photography and styling company. Gabrielle has also worked as a Communications Intern at PFLAG New Orleans, the US’ largest and oldest LGBTQ+ outreach and education non-profit and as an intern at Josh Hailey Studios, a high-end fine arts studio based out of New Orleans. Gabrielle currently works as an Intern Reporter at Gambit. During their free time, they enjoy thrift shopping, traveling, listening to true crime podcasts, and coming up with ideas for photoshoots.
