Brendan Heffernan is a junior from Columbus, Ohio pursuing a BA in mass communication with a concentration in journalism and a minor in African and African American studies. This semester he’ll be serving as The Maroon’s managing editor for digital. In the past, he’s worked as sports editor, assistant sports editor and as a staff writer. In his free time, you’ll find him either listening to Freddie Gibbs, FaceTiming his nieces and nephews or scrolling through NFL twitter.
