Nick Parker, sophomore guard, scored a career high 40 points in a 84-79 victory against Bethel University on Feb. 17.

At the half, Parker had 20 points as Loyola was up 44-29 against Bethel. It wasn’t until there was two minutes left in the game that Bethel took the lead.

Loyola retook the lead for good on a pair of free throws from Parker and secured the team’s fourth straight win.

Parker’s 40 points are the most in the SSAC this season.

Johnny Griffin, junior forward, finished with his conference-leading 14th double double with 15 points and 10 rebounds.

The Wolf Pack returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 4 p.m. against the University of Mobile.
