Loyola and Tulane students participate in nationwide pro-Palestine demonstration on Nov. 9, 2023.
Students from Loyola and Tulane chapters of Students for a Democratic Society banded together for a joint walkout on Nov. 9, 2023. The walkout was part of a series of nationwide demonstrations at colleges and universities that began at 1 p.m.
The demonstration began at Tulane’s NROTC building, down Calhoun St., before making its way to St. Charles Ave., where it will convene downtown.
