Brief: Res Halls propose new visitation policy

Residential Life has proposed a new visitation policy for students living on campus. Buddig Hall Area Director, Christina Nielsen, presented to the SGA Senate on March 20 to propose the new policy that would be effective starting fall 2013. The current visitation policy is based on a resident’s credit hours, which Res Life believes is not fair to all. The proposed policy would lift the current restrictions, and instead leave suitemates to create an agreement at the start of the semester to set their own visitation policy, which they must all agree on.
