It’s March, and you know what that means — 68 college basketball teams battling it out for NCAA supremacy.
Whether for a friendly wager, bragging rights among your roommates or for just plain fun, almost everyone has filled out an NCAA college basketball bracket. If you are in that select of people who haven’t, I encourage you to give it a try.
The experience of testing your college basketball knowledge and trying to predict all the upsets in the tournament alone is worth your while.
Don’t worry if college basketball isn’t your thing. I’m only a causal college basketball fan myself, which means I’m sure to get a fair share of my picks wrong, just like millions of fans around the world.
What I will say is that there are three teams in the tournament you can’t go wrong with if you’re unsure about making that championship pick. They include the 2010 defending NCAA champion Duke Bluedevils, the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Kansas Jayhawks.
I’m convinced that one of those teams will win the big dance this year. Experience, talent and depth on the bench is the name of the game, and all three of these teams have that.
Remember, it isn’t a crime to fill out more than one bracket with completely different picks. Most of my friends complete as many as 10 to 12 tournament brackets in order to increase their chances of success.
