The Communications/Music Complex at Loyola sits under a sunny sky May 17, 2020.

According to an email from Chief of Police Todd Warren, Loyola will resume normal operations, including in-person classes, Thursday, April 11.

Faculty or staff members who experienced effects from the storm and need flexibility returning to work are encouraged to reach out to their immediate supervisor or manager to discuss, Warren said.

As for students, he said those that were impacted by the weather are advised to communicate with their professor(s) and/or contact [email protected] for any additional resources or needs. He added that faculty is encouraged to remain flexible with students who experienced hardships due to the weather.

Warren urges the Loyola community to notify the facilities department of any water intrusion or damage from the rain as they return to offices and classes. Email [email protected] or call them at 504-864-7490.

Warren offered his thanks all the employees who helped address weather-related issues and kept services running safely for students on campus.
