Brief: Loyola announces new academic programming

Loyola University will offer three new interdisciplinary degree majors for the 2012- 13 academic year: Bachelor of Science in environmental science with a focus in biological sciences, Bachelor in Arts in environmental studies with a concentration in humanities and Bachelor of Arts in environmental studies with a focus in social sciences. A minor in environmental studies will be offered as well.

In addition, the Department of Criminal Justice and Office of Professional and Continuing Studies, in collaboration with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff ‘s Office, will be offering a non- credit Certificate in Forensic Investigation program.
